A centrally located rapid growing urban neighbourhood with excellent connectivity to the Mumbai–Bengaluru Highway, Baner, Kothrud, Hinjawadi, and Central Pune. The property has been secured on a lease and is currently being developed.

A unique café concept of approx. 20 table capacity that combines specialty coffee and artisanal food with an interactive art environment. The space will also feature art supplies, creative workshops, exhibitions, and hands-on experiences,

Black Box Theatre

A flexible performance and event space with a calculated seating capacity of 180-200 persons, designed to host theatre productions, film screenings, book readings, workshops, open mics, cultural events, rehearsals, and community gatherings.

Retail Studio

A curated retail space showcasing original artwork, apparel, accessories, and design-led merchandise from independent artists and designers.
